Qualified Catering Services Operators – Room Set-Up and Food and Beverage Services are professional waiters/waitresses and bartenders. They can take care of the preparation, delivery and distribution of food and beverages at the bar and at the table, responding to the needs of the customers and verifying their satisfaction. In particular, they are able to set up the dining area (cleaning tables and bar), welcome the customer (explaining the menu and taking the orders) and serve the customer (presenting food and beverage and managing the payment operations). They can also take care of stock management. Finally, they can prepare snacks and drinks in front of the customer and they are able to organise and set up the dining hall.
Technicians for Table and Bar Services are able to organize their work with more autonomy and responsibility. They can also coordinate other workers’ tasks.
